Santa is Not Coming to Town
This Christmas season might be one to forget. The economic downturn has devastated almost every sector, which means a limited gift list for many families. It’s hard enough that daddy has been laid off by the factory, but to exacerbate the situation further, Santa has also been forced to make some sacrifices this holiday as well.
To offset the slow economic growth in the North Pole, Saint Nick is lowering the cost of labor by laying off 100 of his little helpers. Transportation has also been effected, as half of the reindeers are starving to death while the price of food increases. As for Rudolph, that shining red nose of his has never been the same. All in all, there will not be enough to go around this year. Let’s hope that Santa chooses to go down the chimneys of the less fortunate, that’s if they haven’t lost their house of course.
