Bush: The Dodgeball Prodigy

Published by benistiphan at 8:13 pm under News Edit This

As Bush was addressing the media during his farewell visit to Iraq, a furious journalist stood up and threw both of his shoes towards the American President. He managed to dodge the first shoe that was aimed for his face, while the second shoe flew just over his head. With his departure from office quickly approaching, many are curious to know how Bush will spend his time once he moves out of the White House. Will he follow the footsteps of Bill Clinton and proceed on a mission to eradicate HIV and aids in Africa? Will he lace up the steel toes and break out the hammer in order to build homes for the less fortunate like Jimmy Carter had done? Most likely not.

As Bizarre as this event was, it did reveal a hidden skill inherently possessed by the President which he can possibly utilize when he is unemployed in almost a month. I’m talking about dodgeball. I know it was only a pair of shoes thrown by a crazy Iraqi who has terrible accuracy, but this Texan has some cat-like reflexes that can’t be ignored.
